Congresswoman Norma Torres represents California’s 35th Congressional District, which, after the passage of Prop 50, will include the cities of Bloomington, Chino, Chino Hills, Claremont, Corona, Eastvale, Fontana, Montclair, Norco, Ontario, Pomona, Rancho Cucamonga, and Upland.
